HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Hail Region and the Chairman of the Board of the Regional Development Authority, inaugurates the new corporate identity of the Authority

HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Hail Region and Chairman of the Development Authority, sponsored the launch ceremony of the new institutional identity of the Authority, which aims to highlight the Authority in various local and international activities, in a way that is consistent with the heritage and history of the Hail region.

The new visual identity was developed to distinguish it from the official and institutional logos in the Kingdom by adding two swords and a palm tree in a modern way to reflect the harmony between the region's origin and its land, as well as its future and potential.

The ceremony also witnessed the signing of a contract for the establishment and operation of the Project Management Office in the Hail Development Authority with the company 'Ilm.' The contract was signed on behalf of the Authority by its CEO Omar bin Abdullah Al-Abduljabbar and on behalf of 'Ilm' by Dr. Nasser bin Zaid Al-Mashari, Vice President for Business Sectors.

The project includes three main phases, including the establishment and operation of the Project Management Office, as well as empowerment, training, and knowledge transfer. Al-Abduljabbar explained that HRH the Chairman of the Authority pays great attention to building and structuring the work procedures of the Project Management Office and modern scientific methods. Moreover, the Authority is committed to improving the quality and speed of work and project management methodologies effectively by using the latest technological means to ensure the practical application of this methodology to enhance work efficiency and project outputs and reduce work complications.

HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad also witnessed the signing of the start of the project to shift from cash basis to accrual basis in the Hail Development Region Authority. This contract was signed by the CEO of the Authority, Omar Al-Abduljabbar, and by Saleh Abdulaziz Al-Jasser, like 'the Saudi Group for Accounting and Auditing,' which is the legal entity. Al-Abduljabbar clarified that this project is one of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program, which is one of the pillars of Vision 2030. It aims to improve the quality of financial accounts, enhance transparency, improve the financial system, unify accounting standards, and build a unified and integrated financial system, thus increasing the reliability of asset and liability accounting and building a unified financial center.

At the end of the ceremony, HRH the Governor of Hail Region, on behalf of himself and the people of the region, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince - may God protect them - for their generous support for the development and advancement of the regions of the Kingdom, including the Hail Region, based on an ambitious vision built on institutional work. He also expressed his pride in the comprehensive and integrative work between the ministries and sectors of the state and the continuous encouragement of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, the Chairman of the Council of Ministers, to make the presence of all institutions and entities qualitative to become one of the best institutions in the world in performance and development.

His Royal Highness also announced that the Hail Region has surpassed the qualifying projects with the support of the wise leadership to the distinguished projects that enable comprehensive transformative projects. He praised the successful steps of the Hail Development Region Authority in internal construction through the qualified sons of Hail and a group of distinguished citizens of the nation, as well as its integration and partnership with the development-related authorities in the region. He expressed his optimism about the future under the framework of this work, unity, and cooperation, asking God for success and further development for the country.

At the end of the launch ceremony, HRH Prince of Hail Region honored the designer of the new identity of the Hail Development Authority and a number of the Authority's staff.
