Under the patronage of His Royal Highness the Governor of Hail Region and in the presence of the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, the Hail Development Authority signs a cooperation memorandum with the Municipality of Hail Region and the Vital Sustainability Company for the "Shada Hail" initiative, aimed at improving the quality of life by enhancing the quality of services provided
